It's time to be bigger than your hourly rate.

That was me in 2017! I got to a point in my business (a clinic I had started 13 years prior) and I was burnt out. I was seeing ridiculous number of patients in my osteopathy & naturopathy in-person practice, but all my income was going towards paying staff & employees who weren't able to retain their own patients. I couldn't possible see more patients in order to make more money...there was just no time, and I was stressed to the eyeballs as it was.

If you have passion for something, and want to create a bigger impact, and if you want to move away from the time for money model, seeing one patient at a time...then it's time to think about creating an online course.

These are the first three things you need to do to start planning...
1) Think about who you want to serve, the problems they have, and how you can help solve their problems
2) Write down all the things they need to do or learn in order to be able to solve these problem
3) Write all those things on sticky notes, place them in an order that makes sense...spread these out over 12 weeks...

And voila....there is your program outline!
