Dr Andrea Robertson
Andrea is an Osteopath, Naturopath & Nutritionist, who has been in healthcare for over 24 years. She is also an ex-professional dancer, and a highly regarded Barre & Yoga teacher.
Andrea has been running world-wide online Nutrition/Mindset/Movement programs since 2021 and is on a big mission to make the world a healthier & happier place. Read about how to work with Andrea HERE.
At the retreat you will experience all facets of her wellness experience...from Barre & Yoga classes, to mindset exercises, goal setting and cooking demonstrations.

Dr Nathalie Sebbag
Nat’s passion for Health and Wellness began when Osteopathy found her unexpectedly, and knew it was her calling. Nat is drawn to working with people - understanding the body's functions, movements, and connecting people to their own ability to heal.
Nat’s professional journey has been richly diverse and has taken her across the globe to further expand her knowledge in Osteopathy in the Cranial Field (OCF) as well as other osteopathic and wellness modalities. Her passion for all things health has also led Nat to be part of a collaborative teaching group sharing the wisdom of Osteopathy and its principles across Australia.
When it comes to her approach to health, Nat is holistic, combining traditional osteopathy with movement guidance as well as nutritional and wellness insights. Nat loves sharing new recipes and exciting new advancements in wellness, tailoring these to each person so they feel supported.
When not treating patients, you'll find her out in nature, experimenting in the kitchen with healthy recipes, crafting , or visiting her extended family in France - all experiences that enrich her understanding of holistic wellness.

Max Rooke
After being involved at the elite level of AFL as both player and coach for almost 20 years, Max experienced a diverse range of triumphs and setbacks - from the euphoria of winning premierships to grappling for years with career ending injuries.
In the pursuit of personal transformation, Max recognized the power of change that often arises from facing challenges. Fed up with depression, brain fog, anxiety, and persistent physical pain stemming from his athletic career, he decided it was time for a positive shift.
Max embarked on a journey of self-discovery, exploring mindfulness, nutrition, psychology, cold exposure, natural medicines, and breathwork. It was during this time that he discovered the potential of the Wim Hof Method.
